Whether your loot is traveling by broomstick, starship, or standard courier, here is everything you need to know about how we get it to you.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

Order Processing

Before our couriers can jump to hyperspace, our warehouse guild needs a moment to carefully pick and pack your items.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a working day (Monday - Friday) are typically dispatched the same or next day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Bounty

Once your order has left our fortress, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this magical set of digits to follow your package's journey from our door to yours. If you have a Universal Fandom account, you can also view your order's status directly in your account dashboard.

Lost in the Multiverse? (Delays & Issues)

While our couriers have a near-perfect success rate, occasionally a package might run into a localized temporal anomaly or a mundane traffic jam.

  • If your Standard delivery hasn't arrived within 7 working days, or your Express delivery within 4 working days, please sound the alarm!

  • Contact our support team at emma@universalfandom.com with your order number, and we will immediately launch a search-and-rescue mission to locate your items.

International Shipping

Currently, these rates apply to UK realms only. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your planetary coordinates, and you may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
